These terms apply when you book a safari with Hasthi Trails Sigiriya. Please read them before you confirm.
Booking
A booking is confirmed once we agree the date, park, group size and price with you in writing, by WhatsApp or email. Safari prices are quoted per group, on enquiry.
Choosing the park
We choose the park based on where the herds are that week. We will recommend the best option and talk it through with you before the day. Your safari is priced as a Sigiriya safari, not a fixed park ticket.
Wildlife
The animals are wild and free. We track carefully and do everything we can to give you excellent sightings, but we cannot guarantee that any particular animal will be seen.
Conduct in the park
Our guides follow a strict ethical code, including a minimum distance from the animals, engines off at sightings and no chasing. Please follow your guide's instructions at all times, for your safety and the animals' welfare.
Changes and cancellations
Weather, park closures and animal movements can change plans. If we need to alter a safari we will tell you as early as possible and agree the best alternative with you. Talk to us about any cancellation as soon as you can and we will do our best to be fair.
