This policy explains what Hasthi Trails Sigiriya does with the information you share when you contact us. We keep it deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, travel dates and your message. When you use the enquiry form on our contact page, it opens WhatsApp with those details ready to send. We do not receive the form on a server.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, plan your safari and arrange pickup. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Third parties
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries your messages to us, under its own privacy policy.
- Google supplies the embedded map and our public reviews.
- Instagram is linked from our footer. We do not embed it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to run your booking and answer follow-up questions, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email hasthitrails@gmail.com and we will act on it.
